Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included; our team will review your request and schedule a courier pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Hand over the securely packed device to our logistics partner who will perform a basic physical check before transporting it back to our warehouse.
Refund or Replacement
